Nicole Bendig-Lamb

A former Accountant, Nicole Bendig-Lamb successfully turned her hobby of baking into a full-time gig as the owner of Snarky Sweet Cake Chick, LLC.  There, she helps her clients create epic memories for celebrations as a Master Cake Designer.  She also owns and operates Cake Business School, LLC where she educates and coaches other bakers on the business side of the food industry. 

She was featured on Food Network’s ‘Sugar Dome’ (Season 1, Ep. 4). Nicole is a Speaker & Author of the best-selling book, Baking Your Way to the Top: How to Start & Grow Your Own Home-Based Baking Business, and was honored with the 2022 Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Arvada Chamber of Commerce. When she’s not baking, she is passionate about mentoring youth through internships in baking, business topics, and entrepreneurship.
