Danette Munoz Shaifer is an award-winning professional known for her dynamic presence on international stages, facilitating thousands of impactful workshops, and serving as a strategic partner for her clients.

She moved from the East Coast to Colorado in 2016. In 2022, she earned her Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver Business School, and shortly after, she launched Florishion Consulting —a boutique firm dedicated to enhancing team dynamics and elevating people management skills.

Danette actively volunteers with several non-profits, including Junior Achievement. After attending the WEDO CO 2023 Summit, she quickly joined the Denver planning committee demonstrating her commitment to empowering others.

She enjoys quality time with her husband and two children through game nights, travel, and lifelong learning. Her mission is to help people work better together by fostering communication, collaboration, connection, and clarity.
